Palliate will now wipe your threat in addition to healing others. The threat wipe will only work on yourself, not your target. Wipes all of your threat from foes within 50ft of you. Can affect up to five targets. Briefly places you in Stealth. Puts all other threat wipe abilities on cooldown.
