Single target Particle damage.
The target takes increased damage from all attacks for a short period.
Chance to Knock Back target.
Chest Slot
You may only have one Power Armor toggle active in each slot. Each slot you have in use increases the cost of your other powers.

Every time you use this ability you have a chance to return a small amount of energy.

Increases the damage dealt by Chest Beam the closer you are to your target.
