Defiance Brick Instant Requires 1 power from Brick or 2 non energy building powers from any framework Slotted Defensive Passive You refuse to fall to the attacks of your enemies. The more they throw at you the the more resilient you become. Slotted Passive Can be slotted in a Defensive or Balanced passive power slot. Each time you are hit by an attack you gain a small amount of Energy. Each time you are hit by an attack you gain a stackable Defiant buff for 20 seconds, up to 6 stacks. Defiant increases your defense against all damage types. Each time this ability applies a new Defiant buff it refreshes the timer on all other stacks of the buff on you. The amount of defense granted by the Defiant buff scales with your Constitution. At Rank 1, when you are not in combat, this power automatically grants one application of the Defiant buff every few seconds, up to a maximum of one application. At Rank 2, this power will grant up to two applications. At Rank 3, this power will grant up to three applications. All effects of this power can only occur once every 4 seconds.
