Dragon's Wrath is a technique that is highly effective in both attacking the enemy and in setting yourself up to efficiently press your attack.

Increases damage and Energy cost of the tap effect.
Fully charging this attack will grant you the Rush buff for one second for each stack of Focus on you.
The Rush buff grants you energy over time and reduces the energy cost of all of your melee powers. The energy over time scales with your Dexterity.

Every time you use this ability you have a chance to return a small amount of energy.

Dragon's Wrath has its damage increased by a factor of your current chance to land a critical hit.
