- While you maintain this Form, you will gain an instance of Focus whenever you apply or rupture a bleed.
- The Focus buff increases your melee damage and grants you a small amount of energy. This energy gain scales with your Dexterity and you may gain energy in this way at most once every 4 seconds. The damage buff scales with your Strength and Dexterity and you can gain up to eight stacks of this buff.
- At Rank Two you have a 20% chance to gain an additional stack of Focus whenever you apply or rupture a bleed. At Rank Three you have a 40% chance to gain an additional stack of Focus whenever you apply or rupture a bleed.
- While not in combat, this power will grant and maintain stacks of Focus up to the rank of the power.
- You must fully charge this power to activate it, and taking any damage will interrupt your concentration, canceling the charge.
- While this power is active, the energy cost of all of your other powers is slightly increased.
- While this power is active, you are too focused to become angry, and stacks of Enraged fall off of you if you ever have more than one stack.
Advantages
Cut Where it Counts
The cuts of a master of the Form of the Swordsman strike the most vital areas of their targets, resulting in wounds that are frighteningly difficult to heal.
- Attacks against bleeding enemies inflict the Cut Where it Counts debuff, reducing the potency of all healing effects on the target.
- The Cut Where it Counts advantage has since been removed from the game.
