- While you maintain this Form, you will gain an instance of Focus whenever you score a Critical Hit.
- The Focus buff increases your melee damage and grants you a small amount of energy. This energy gain scales with your Dexterity and you may gain energy in this way at most once every 4 seconds. The damage buff scales with your Strength and Dexterity and you can gain up to eight stacks of this buff.
- At Rank Two you have a 20% chance to gain an additional stack of Focus whenever you score a Critical Hit. At Rank Three you have a 40% chance to gain an additional stack of Focus whenever you score a Critical Hit.
- While not in combat, this power will grant and maintain stacks of Focus up to the rank of the power.
- You must fully charge this power to activate it, and taking any damage will interrupt your concentration, canceling the charge.
- While this power is active, the energy cost of all of your other powers is slightly increased.
- While this power is active, you are too focused to become angry, and stacks of Enraged fall off of you if you ever have more than one stack.
Advantages
Gifts of the Storm
It is the essential nature of a Master of the Tempest style to project everything they are and have outwards. Against their enemies, practitioners of this style give gifts of their skill and steel, bringing death and justice. With this technique, the enlightened Tempest learns how to harness their Chi to extend this principle, sharing any healing you receive with your allies.
- This power grants 20% of any healing you receive to allies within 20 feet while Form of the Tempest is active.
- This effect can occur at most once per eight seconds.
- The Gifts of the Storm advantage is now an advantage to Bountiful Chi Resurgence. Form of the Tempest no longer has it.
