- Chance of applying Negative Ions, a short duration effect which some Electricity attacks can take advantage of.
- Chance to arc to a nearby target, dealing Electrical damage. Hitting a target affected by Negative Ions increases this chance.

- Increases damage and Energy cost of the Tap effect.
- Hitting a target affected by Negative Ions will consume Negative Ions and will cause this power to arc to a nearby target, dealing Electrical damage.
