The Haunted Mine is an interior instanced Mission Map accessible from the Burnside region of the Desert. It is the location of all Objectives of the Mission SiniSister, given to heroes by Witchcraft, also located in the ghost town of Burnside.
The Haunted Mine has recently become the lair of Talisman, evil sister of the heroine Witchcraft. She's used the ghosts of the town of Burnside as bait to draw her sister to the Desert; Witchcraft was captured and is being held captive within the Mine, and has been given the choice of joining the Circle of the Scarlet Moon or being sacrificed by her sister's hand.
Entrance[]
The entrance to the Haunted Mine instance can be found in the Desert, in the region surrounding the ghost town of Burnside; the entrance to the mines can be located in the bluffs just north of the town's graveyard.

Missions[]
Now that I am free of the Curse of Mystical Concealment, I can finally tell you the truth: my evil sister Talisman captured me, took me to the Haunted Mine and is holding me captive with a Curse of Frigid Despair. It takes all my energy to produce this astral projection, and I'm afraid my time is running short. Talisman tells me I must submit to the Circle of the Scarlet Moon or perish. Hurry, {name}, I sense she is growing impatient with me, and readying the materials for a ceremony to sacrifice me to the dark gods. Talisman has made her lair in the Haunted Mine near the graveyard of Burnside, west of the town.
