Summary
"Learn the Ropes" can be earned by complete a series of missions. Progressing naturally through quests within the Millennium City Tutorial will take a character through them all. It is exclusive to the tutorial, and cannot be claimed after a character leaves the zone. Like all Lore Perks, it is accompanied by a Lore entry.

Lore Entry
As you quickly learned, the life of a superhero is rarely dull. In fact, you found yourself facing a test of your heroic mettle as the alien Qularr attacked Millennium City! There was a great deal to learn and little time to do it in. You had to learn the basics of superhuman combat, how to block the attacks of your foes, and even got a quick lesson on how to use some of the items you'll find. After putting what you'd learned to the test by helping the mayor to recover the city's evacuation plans, you'd gotten the basic techniques down. Now it was time to use them to save the city and stop the invasion!
