Peter St. Croix is a PRIMUS agent working under Silver Avenger Mayte Sanchez. He's been assigned to investigate the connection between Mind, Inc. and the villain organization known as PSI, as part of the joint effort between PRIMUS and the Millennium City Police Department to quell crime in Millennium City.
