We need to get to the bottom of what VIPER is up to around town. We've got an agent in PRIMUS who fancies himself an actor and a master of disguises. We often use him as a deep cover agent. We want our operative to replace one of the leaders of VIPER operations in City Center, a VIPER lieutenant named Ivan Morgan. Defeat Morgan, and we'll swap him out with our agent. You can find Morgan across the street to the southwest of Dynamic Technologies.
