Description

Taser Arrow fits your arrow with an electrically charged tip delivering a powerful jolt when it strikes your target.
Effects

- Single target Piercing and Electrical damage.
- Causes your target to lose Energy.
- Has a chance to Paralyze the target. Paralyzed targets can't move or attack. The target is able to struggle to break free from the hold early, and damage the target takes will reduce the duration as well.
Charge
- Increases damage, Energy cost, and Energy loss effect of the Tap action.
- On a full charge, has a 100% chance to Paralyze the target.
Advantages
Accelerated Metabolism
Every time you use this ability you have a chance to return a small amount of energy.
Aftershock
Fully charging Brimstone will now leave a patch of fire on the ground, burning nearby foes. Only 1 patch may exist at a time.
